Privacy Policy

We collect the following personal data directly from you:

• Name — to identify you as a cohort participant and to issue your certificate.
• Email address — to deliver access credentials, onboarding details and session communication.
• Phone number — for cohort communication and time-sensitive support.

This data is collected solely for cohort communication, onboarding and delivery of the service you have purchased. We do not use it for unrelated marketing to third parties.

If you choose to submit optional information — for example a resume uploaded for a 1:1 audit — it is used only to provide that specific service.

All payment information — including card details, UPI identifiers and netbanking credentials — is collected, processed and tokenized directly by Cashfree Payments on its PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Proofr does not store, view or have access to your raw card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, netbanking passwords or any other raw payment credentials on its own servers at any point. We receive only a transaction status, a payment reference and the contact details you enter at checkout, which we use to issue your access and to support your order.

Cashfree processes this data as an independent payment processor under its own privacy terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

• To create and maintain your participant account.
• To deliver access credentials, session links and cohort schedules.
• To provide the services you purchased, including feedback on submitted work.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To send service-related notices about your enrolment.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy — including retention of transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian tax and company law. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

We share personal data only where necessary to run the service, and only with:

• Our payment processor (Cashfree Payments), to process your transaction.
• Essential service providers — such as email delivery, hosting and the platform used to run live sessions — acting on our instructions.
• Regulatory or law-enforcement authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may, at any time, request that we:

• Provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
• Stop sending you non-essential communication.

To exercise any of these rights, email projectproofr@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example maintaining your session and remembering your preferences — and basic analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
