Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. The programme

The High Finance Winter Camp is a live online programme for careers in investment banking, private equity and venture capital, delivered as a scheduled cohort.

2. Enrolment fee

The enrolment fee is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

Fees are charged in Indian rupees.

3. Refunds

All enrolment fees are non-refundable once an enrolment is confirmed, for any reason, except as set out in Section 5 (Exceptions) or where a refund is required by applicable law.

This includes non-attendance or partial participation in the programme, and materials, classroom access or recordings not being available before their scheduled release (see Section 4).

Please read the programme description, schedule and FAQ carefully, and ask us any questions at ops@proofr.in, before you enrol.

4. Delivery schedule

The Deep Profile Diagnostic is scheduled and delivered before Week 1 of your cohort.

Classroom access, session materials and recordings are released progressively through the programme, as per the announced schedule.

Content or access not being available before its scheduled release is not a defect in the programme and does not create an entitlement to a refund.

5. Exceptions

We will refund the enrolment fee where:

  • we cancel the cohort or the programme (full refund); or
  • a duplicate or incorrect charge results from a technical or payment error (refund of the duplicate or incorrect amount).

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Nothing in this section limits any refund required under applicable law.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under the relevant law, or the rules made under it, which cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Questions and complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time.

The policy in force on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.

Updates apply only to purchases made after their effective date and will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
